We deeply value your trust and satisfaction, and therefore, our Return & Refund Policy is designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and transparency for both sides.
- Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:
You received a damaged or defective product.
You received a wrong item (different from what you ordered).
The product is missing essential parts or incomplete.
To be eligible:
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [yogsanskritii@gmail.com].
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals intact.
Clear photos/videos of the product and outer packaging are mandatory for verification.
Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted due to courier and supplier limitations.
- Non-Returnable Products
To maintain hygiene and authenticity, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Yoga mats or clothing that have been opened or used
Personal wellness or hygiene products (e.g., oils, supplements, creams)
Custom-made, hand-crafted, or personalized items
Digital downloads, e-books, or online classes
Discounted or clearance sale items
We hope you understand that these restrictions are to protect the purity and safety of all customers.
- Replacement or Refund Process
Once your request is approved:
- You’ll receive an email or WhatsApp update with the return instructions and pickup details.
- After we receive and inspect your returned product, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection.
- If approved:
Replacement: We’ll send a new product within 7–10 business days.
Refund: The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If your item is rejected due to signs of use, damage, or missing packaging, it will be shipped back to you at your cost.
- Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
Recheck your bank account or payment method.
Contact your credit/debit card company; it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received it, email us at yogsanskritii@gmail.com, and we’ll assist immediately.
- Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), we will bear the full return shipping cost.
If the return is due to customer reasons (change of mind, wrong selection, or size issue), the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
- Damaged or Lost Returns
If a returned parcel is damaged or lost during transit:
Please keep the courier receipt and tracking number safe until your return is confirmed.
Yog Sanskriti is not responsible for lost parcels that were shipped without our provided label or courier partner.
- Exchange Policy
We do not currently support direct exchanges for different products or variations.
You may return your eligible item and place a new order for the desired one after your refund or replacement is processed.
- Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the parcel is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed after deduction of transaction and handling charges (2–3%) if applicable.
To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at yogsanskritii@gmail.com with your Order ID.
- Delayed or Unsuccessful Delivery
If your order was not delivered due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the package will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).
In such cases:
Re-shipping charges will apply if you want the product resent.
If you prefer a refund, we’ll issue it after deducting the two-way courier cost.
- International Orders (Outside India)
For international shipments:
Returns are currently not accepted unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
Refunds will not cover customs duties, import taxes, or international shipping fees.
We suggest verifying product details and sizing before purchase.
- Legal Protection & Disclaimers
Yoga Sanskriti reserves the right to:
Deny returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria.
Modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
Make the final decision in all return or refund cases.
This policy complies with fair trade and consumer protection principles under Indian e-commerce guidelines.
All disputes, if any, shall be subject to jurisdiction in [Assandh Karnal], India.
