1. Order Processing Time

All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays).

During festivals, promotions, or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with tracking details.


Note: Processing time is not included in the delivery timeframe. Delays in processing can occur due to limited stock, verification issues, or courier restrictions.




2. Shipping Coverage

We proudly deliver across:

India: PAN India coverage through trusted partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, etc.

International: USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, and selected countries via DHL, FedEx, or similar reliable carriers.


If your location is remote or outside courier coverage, we will contact you to arrange an alternate delivery or issue a refund.




3. Estimated Delivery Time

Within India: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

International Orders: 7–21 business days after dispatch (depending on destination, customs clearance, and logistics).


Please Note: Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather, customs delays, strikes, or courier disruptions. We request your patience and understanding in such cases.




4. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp.
You can monitor your order’s progress directly on our courier partner’s website.
If tracking updates appear delayed, please allow 24–48 hours for the system to refresh.




5. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Products

We take utmost care in packing and dispatching your products safely. However, in rare cases:

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery or take photos/videos of the parcel before opening.

If you find any item missing, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [yogsanskritii@gmail.com] with:

Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

Description of the issue



Our team will verify and resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund, depending on the case.

Important: Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted due to courier investigation limitations.




6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur due to courier or customs issues.

We will actively track and follow up with the courier to locate your parcel.

In case of non-delivery after 25 business days (India) or 40 business days (international), we will initiate a replacement or refund.

Yoga Sanskriti is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or customs retention.





7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling charges imposed by their country.
These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices.
We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
Yoga Sanskriti will not be held responsible for any delays or costs due to customs inspections.




8. Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries

Customers are requested to enter their complete and accurate address, pin code, and contact details while placing the order.

If a delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the parcel, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Once dispatched, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
Please double-check your address before confirming your order.





9. Delivery Acceptance

By accepting delivery, you confirm that:

The parcel was received in good condition.

You have verified the quantity and items match your order.
If you delegate someone else (e.g., guard, family, friend) to receive the parcel, Yoga Sanskriti is not responsible for issues arising after acceptance.





10. Packaging & Sustainability

All Yoga Sanskriti products are packed with eco-conscious materials wherever possible.
We minimize plastic use and employ recyclable or biodegradable packaging.
We appreciate your cooperation in recycling or reusing the materials after delivery.




11. Force Majeure Clause (Legal Protection)

Yoga Sanskriti shall not be held liable for delays, losses, or non-delivery due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural calamities

Government restrictions

Pandemic lockdowns

Customs hold-ups

Political disturbances

Courier disruptions
In such situations, we will do our best to communicate promptly and find alternative solutions.
